TeacherActive Ltd in Wakefield is seeking an experienced HLTA to lead learning across primary year groups. You will deliver planned lessons, provide whole-class cover and support individual pupils and small groups as needed. Flexible day-to-day work with potential for longer-term placements in partner schools.

The role requires confident classroom management and adaptability to varying school environments, with access to CPD and support from a dedicated recruitment team.

We are looking for an HLTA to work on a flexible day-to-day basis, with opportunities for long-term and permanent positions becoming available within our schools. The successful HLTA will support teaching and learning across the primary age range, including delivering planned lessons, providing whole-class cover and supporting individual pupils and small groups when required.

The successful HLTA will have:

• Experience working within a primary school environment
• Experience delivering lessons and providing whole-class cover
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management
• A flexible and adaptable approach
