Cover People are seeking a warm HLTA to support a primary school in Marple. You will lead teacher-planned lessons, run small-group interventions and assist children with diverse learning needs. The role offers a busy, engaging environment in a Marple school.

You will bring confidence managing a class, a calm and encouraging manner, and strong safeguarding awareness to support inclusive learning and pupil progress.

Formación

• Experience as an HLTA, or strong primary school experience leading learning.
• Confidence managing a class and adapting your approach when needed.
• A calm, encouraging manner and a sense of fun.
• Good communication, teamwork and safeguarding awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Lead teacher-planned lessons and keep pupils engaged in their learning.
