Job summary

Cover People are seeking an enthusiastic HLTA to support teaching and learning in a primary school in Burnage. You will deliver planned lessons, provide classroom cover and lead small-group interventions to help pupils progress.

You will work closely with teachers, support pupils with SEND, and help maintain positive behaviour. Appointment is subject to references and safeguarding checks.

Qualifications

• HLTA status or substantial experience in a similar role.
• Experience working in a primary school.
• Confident leading whole-class learning.
• Strong behaviour management skills.
