Job summary

Cover People are seeking an enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support teaching and learning in a Burnage primary school, Manchester.

You will deliver planned lessons, lead small-group interventions, support pupils with diverse learning needs (including SEND), build positive relationships and promote good behaviour, and work with teachers to drive pupil progress.

Qualifications

• HLTA status or substantial teaching experience in a primary school.
• Experience working in a primary school.
• Confidence leading whole-class learning.
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• Proactive, flexible and caring approach.
