Job summary

A Primary Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) is sought by Allscreens Nationwide Ltd to support teaching and learning across the primary age range. You will deliver planned lessons, provide targeted interventions, and assist in assessment to help pupils achieve their full potential.

Working closely with teachers and support staff, you will create a positive, inclusive environment, supervise classes in the absence of the teacher, and contribute to safeguarding and school policies.

• Promote positive behaviour and maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
• Support pupils with a range of learning needs, including those with SEND and English as an Additional Language (EAL).
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school while adhering to safeguarding and school policies.
