Aspire People Limited is recruiting an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support primary schools across the age range. The role requires taking responsibility, working independently, and delivering high-quality support to pupils and teachers.

This could suit an HLTA seeking the next step in their career. You'll provide whole-class cover, run planned lessons, lead small-group and 1:1 interventions, and support planning, preparation, and assessment.

Qualifications

• HLTA qualification or significant equivalent experience.
• Recent experience working within a UK primary school.
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum.
• Confident classroom management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong communication and organisation.

Responsibilities

• Providing whole-class cover when required.
