Job summary

Aspire People are recruiting a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support primary schools in Manchester from September 2026. The role involves whole-class cover, delivering planned lessons, and leading 1:1 and small-group interventions.

You will work across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 as needed, supporting SEND pupils and behaviour management. Candidates should hold an HLTA qualification or strong equivalent experience, with excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to work

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant ready to take the next step in your career?

Aspire People are currently recruiting Higher Level Teaching Assistants to support primary schools from September 2026.

We're looking for confident practitioners who can take on additional responsibility within the classroom, support teachers with learning and behaviour, deliver interventions and provide whole-class cover when required.

This could suit an experienced HLTA or a Level 3 Teaching Assistant with the experience and confidence to take on a higher level of responsibility.

The Role May Include:
