Job summary

Protocol Education is partnering with a welcoming primary school in the LS6 area of Leeds to recruit an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) for September 2026. This role offers a supportive environment focused on development, collaboration, and pupil achievement.

Qualifications

• Holds or is due to achieve Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Is completing or has recently completed their ECT induction.
• Demonstrates excellent classroom practice and behaviour management skills.
• Has a passion for improving outcomes for all learners.
• Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Possesses strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire and challenge pupils.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive.
• Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
