Protocol Education is partnering with a vibrant primary school in Byker to recruit an Early Career Teacher (ECT). You will join a team that values mentoring, growth, and a calm, consistent classroom approach.

You’ll learn from experienced leaders and PE support to build confidence in behaviour strategies while making a real difference for pupils. With weekly PAYE, free CPD access, and a dedicated consultant, this role is designed to help you thrive in your first teaching year across mainstream

Formación

• Holds QTS or is completing PGCE.
• Shows energy, resilience and a positive attitude.
• Wants to learn from experienced colleagues.
• Understands every child deserves support and fair chances.
• Able to build strong relationships and maintain a calm, consistent classroom.
