The Supply Register Ltd. is recruiting confident and reliable Primary Cover Supervisors to join a bank of supply staff across Castle Phoenix Trust schools in Coventry.

Roles are available on a day-to-day, short-term and long-term basis, offering flexible working and opportunities to gain classroom experience. As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes, deliver pre-planned lessons, manage behaviour, and support pupils in completing set work, helping to maintain a positive learning

Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a primary school setting is essential.
• Experience leading groups of children in a classroom environment.
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
• Confidence in delivering pre-planned learning activities.
• A positive, adaptable, and professional approach.
• A genuine passion for supporting children's education.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

Responsibilities
