• Ability to assess and report on pupil development and attainment.
• Awareness of health and safety issues in the workplace.

• Training in different teaching and learning strategies.
• Knowledge and experience of classroom planning procedures.
• Experience of target setting to raise attainment principles of assessment.
• Knowledge and experience of a range of teaching and learning styles and strategies.
