TLTP Education is seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher for a Willesden-based school in North West London. You will plan and deliver high-quality lessons, supporting pupils’ academic, social and emotional development within an inclusive environment.

The role requires QTS or equivalent, experience in a primary setting and a commitment to differentiation, safeguarding and strong classroom management. A collaborative, professional team and ongoing development opportunities are offered.

Formación

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching within a primary school setting.
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching practices.
• Ability to plan, deliver and differentiate engaging lessons.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Positive, patient, adaptable approach to teaching.
• Ability to motivate pupils and build strong relationships.
• Commitment to inclusive teaching for pupils of varying abilities and backgrounds.
• Strong organisational skills for managing classroom responsibilities.
• Solid safeguarding knowledge and promoting positive outcomes for every child.

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons aligned with the primary curriculum.
• Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet individual needs and learning styles.
• Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
• Promote positive behaviour and high learning expectations.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, identifying development areas and celebrating achievements.
• Use assessment to inform planning and support progress.
• Foster pupil confidence, independence, resilience and a love of learning.
• Support literacy, numeracy and wider academic development.
• Identify pupils needing additional support and implement appropriate strategies.
• Build trusting relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents/carers.
• Manage classroom routines effectively and contribute to school life and curriculum planning.
