Are you an experienced and inspiring Primary Class Teacher ready to join a forward-thinking, community-focused school? A well-respected one-form entry primary school in the Northamptonshire area is seeking a Class Teacher to join its vibrant team from September 2025 until March 2026.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching in Key Stage 2 that engages, challenges and inspires pupils.
  • Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners to achieve their best.
  • Plan and deliver lessons that meet the needs of all children, including those with SEND.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and contribute to whole-school improvement.
  • Maintain high standards for behaviour, wellbeing and safeguarding.
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, families and the wider school community.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven experience in Key Stage 2.
  • A strong commitment to inclusion, wellbeing and safeguarding.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.
  • A reflective practitioner who is ambitious for both pupil outcomes and personal development.
  • Passionate about making a lasting difference in the lives of children.
  • Enthusiastic and adaptable, with a positive, forward-thinking mindset.
