About the role

We are recruiting for skillful teachers to work in schools based in Peterborough and the surrounding area. The role will be exciting and varied, it will include deployment into class groups, alongside long-term engagement with key groups and pupils, including those on bespoke learning packages. The successful candidate will add capacity to the highly skilled and experienced teaching team. We offer day to day supply, long-term and permanent roles.

Essential Requirements:

• QTS
• Excellent understanding of all primary practices.
• Ability to lead, manage and direct a classroom team of staff
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to understand and implement a Total Communication approach
• Good understanding of effective use of the EHCP process to support learning.
