Job summary

NHS Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin Integrated Care Board is seeking a Project Support Officer for the Primary Care Training Hub to provide essential project administration and coordination across workforce development programmes in primary and community care.

Working with the Training Hub Manager and partners, you will coordinate meetings, monitor progress, maintain documentation, and support governance and financial administration.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of administrative procedures and project management.
• Experience in public sector settings.
• Excellent communication and IT skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects and administrative activities to deliver workforce programmes.
• Organise meetings and events, maintain records and documentation.
• Support governance, financial administration and reporting.
• Engage stakeholders across the Integrated Care System to enable collaboration.
• Support continuous improvement and data collection for evaluation.
