Job summary

South Hardwick Primary Care Network (PCN) is seeking an enthusiastic, organised PCN Operations and Business Support Officer to join our growing team. You will provide comprehensive operational, administrative and project support across the PCN, working with the Neighbourhood Operations Manager, General Manager, Clinical Director and Service Leads.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent; strong operational delivery experience.
• Proven ability to organise work, manage projects and supervise teams.
• Experience with HR processes, recruitment and staff records.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operational delivery of PCN services, including Home Visiting and Social Prescribing.
• Line management responsibilities for a small team and staff appraisals.
• Lead PCN-wide projects, drive innovation and coordinate meetings and reports.
• Produce performance information to support decision-making and governance.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment and service transformation initiatives.
