What You Will Do
We are seeking to employ a Primary Care Staff Nurse to work within our developing Community Treatment and Care Service in South Health and Social Care Partnership working as part of an integrated nursing team model and wider General Practice multidisciplinary team. The post will be based in South Ayrshire.
You will be responsible and accountable for the assessment and delivery of quality person centred nursing care and defined nursing interventions, primarily in a Community and Treatment Room Setting, to a cluster population and the wider locality.
We welcome applicants who are both Newly Qualified and Nurse Registrants interested in a career in Primary/Community Care.

Knowledge, Training And/or Experience Required To Do The Job
1 level Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
Evidence of team working skills with ability to work using own initiative.
Well developed written and verbal communication skills.
Time management skills.
Evidence of continuous professional development and mandatory and statutory training
Training for this post is supported by Ayrshire Graduate Nurse Development programme (A-GRAND) which forms part of West of Scotland Ayrshire Academy. A blended learning approach of e-learning, competency based and HEI modules will support individuals to develop the skills to be a fully prepared Primary Care staff nurse to work within our Community treatment and Care Service.

Hours: 37 hours per week
