• Registered practitioner to degree/diploma level
• Membership of the relevant Professional Body
• Evidence of recent professional development in an up-to-date portfolio
• Knowledge and understanding of Trust Strategy and policies relevant to the role

• Knowledge aligned with Trust vision, values, and behaviors

Job Specific Experience

Essential criteria:

• Supervised experience during clinical placements
• Ability to contribute to student development and supervise junior staff
• Knowledge of assessment and therapeutic interventions in the area of practice
• Experience in managing change

Desirable criteria:

• Recent experience in a similar role
• Experience as a student assessor

Managerial Experience

Essential criteria:

• Experience supervising junior staff
• Ability to delegate care safely
• Preparedness and skill to act up or coordinate shifts in the absence of the team lead
