Mental Health Support Worker - Fareham

Hunts Recruitment is looking for committed and compassionate Support Workers for a caring team in Fareham. You will be supporting adults who have mental health needs and learning disabilities within a residential service.

Due to the needs of the service you will need a full UK drivers license and be able to drive manual vehicles

• Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
• Salary: 30,576 Per annum
• Progression: Continuous progression opportunities available including training and promotions
• Hours: 48 hours per week primarily based on 8am-8pm shifts (4 shifts per week)
• Car drivers - Required

Your Job Role Will Be

• To contribute and participate in providing quality care and life experiences to vulnerable people
• To help provide a therapeutic, structured and relaxed environment in which service users can develop and enjoy their lives.
• To assist in the overall daily management of the home by taking responsibility for coordinating activities during a shift as required.
