Leeds City Medical Practice is seeking an enthusiastic Healthcare Assistant (HCA), or Senior HCA depending on experience, to join our established Nursing Team. The successful candidate will have previous Primary Care experience and will benefit from a comprehensive induction programme, as well as in-house and external training.

Formación

• Experience of recently working in a similar role in a Primary Care environment.
• Mandatory training completed within required timeframes.
• Commitment to patient-focused care and continuous development.

Responsabilidades

• Clinical duties under supervision of the Nurse Manager (medical care, screening and education).
• Administrative duties including recalls, restocking, stock ordering and vaccine cold chain tasks.
• Chaperone duties, assisting with home visits and general nursing support.
• Record-keeping, data entry and adherence to information governance policies.
