Qualifications

• Relevant HCA/clinical experience, ideally within general practice.
• Phlebotomy experience and confidence undertaking clinical observations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Caring, professional and patient-centred approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Good organisational and IT skills with accurate record keeping.
• Commitment to confidentiality, safeguarding and infection prevention.
• Willingness to undertake further training and development.

The successful candidate will support the nursing and clinical team in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. The role will include phlebotomy, ECGs, B12 vaccinations, health checks, H. pylori testing, FeNO, spirometry and other clinical duties, depending on experience and training. You will need excellent communication skills, a caring approach and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
