Woodbridge Hill Surgery in Guildford is seeking a part-time Healthcare Assistant to join our friendly GP practice. You will work alongside another HCA, our nursing team and GPs to provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population of around 17,000.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in primary care or general practice is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage busy workloads.
• Strong communication and compassionate patient interaction.

Aufgaben

• Phlebotomy and basic wound care.
• ECG monitoring and 24hr blood pressure checks.
• Vaccinations including flu, COVID, and others as needed.
• Chaperoning and assisting GPs during minor procedures.
• Processing and handling laboratory samples as directed by clinicians.
• Maintaining equipment, cleaning, and stock rotation.
