Qualifications

• Experience in a Primary Care setting and phlebotomy.
• Able to follow processes, procedures and maintain data security.
• Adapt with changing priorities and be personable with patients.
• Basic IT skills including Word, Excel and email.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with patient duties and supporting clinical staff.
• Support the Practice with duties related to CQC outcomes and compliance.
• Work with patients with long term conditions and perform phlebotomy where needed.
• Provide routine clinical tasks such as health checks, BMI, blood pressure, pulse and wound care.
• Complete administrative tasks like new patient registrations and stock control.
