Job summary

Engage Education Ltd. in Brighton is seeking a Behaviour Mentor for a primary school role. You will support pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, helping pupils with Autism, SEMH, ADHD and other learning needs to stay engaged and make progress.

This position offers both full-time and part-time options. You will work with dedicated staff, contribute feedback to teachers and parents, and develop your understanding of the national curriculum while supporting a nurturing learning

Qualifications

• Experience mentoring or supporting pupils in a school setting.
• Ability to engage pupils with SEMH/ASD needs.
• Willing to undergo DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Provide support on a one-to-one basis or in small groups.
• Collaborate with staff to engage pupils and minimise disruption.
• Give feedback to teachers and parents.
