Job summary

Engage Partners Limited is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to support pupils with a range of needs in a South Manchester SEND/PRU setting. You will work 1:1 or in small groups, help engage learners in class, and provide feedback to teachers and parents.

The role involves assisting pupils with Autism, SEMH, ADHD, and other learning disabilities, requiring an outgoing, proactive approach and strong relationship-building skills. DBS checks apply.

• Think on your feet and stay proactive in a dynamic Special School setting
• Ability to form excellent relationships with pupils

Responsibilities

• Supporting on a one-to-one basis or in small groups
