Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field.
• Advanced degree or relevant certifications (Lean Six Sigma, Agile) preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial operations, business process transformation, digitization, or related disciplines.
• Experience in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, including sales workflows and process design.
• Comfortable in an agile environment; translate business needs into process improvements.
• Proven experience identifying and implementing AI-enabled solutions to drive productivity.
• Strong analytical and data storytelling skills with the ability to interpret complex information.
• Exceptional collaboration and influencing skills with diverse stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Execute the day-to-day and holds end-to-end accountability for pricing related processes, while leading transformation initiatives.
• Serve as Process Owner for pricing-related workflows, including pricing exceptions and pricing program eligibility guidelines.
• Ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and adherence to governance standards and control frameworks.
• Lead initiatives to modernize and digitize processes with Technology teams.
• Develop and maintain a product vision and roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Leverage customer insights, system data, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify and deploy AI-enabled tools and automation opportunities that improve productivity.
• Build and enhance dashboards and reporting capabilities for data-driven decision making.
• Oversee training programs and onboarding initiatives to support adoption of processes.
