Job summary

Nutreco, Ashbourne, is hiring a Pricing Support Administrator for a 15‑month maternity cover to support pricing activities across Ireland and Great Britain. The role is on-site with potential for hybrid working, requiring accuracy, timely data handling, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will manage price lists, tenders, and quotations, maintain ERP/CRM data, and contribute to pricing cycles and process improvements while learning in a global organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, pricing, or data-oriented roles is welcome but full training will be provided.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (lookups, pivots, filters).
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems or CRM platforms is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer periodic customer price lists, quotations, and tenders.
• Maintain and update pricing data in ERP systems and internal pricing tools.
• Support quarterly pricing cycles, monthly activities, and daily ad hoc requests.
• Upload cost sets and maintain accurate audit trails.
• Execute routine administrative tasks including data processing, document handling, and file maintenance.
• Prepare data and documentation for tenders, quotations, and scenario planning.
• Respond promptly and professionally to internal inquiries via email and other channels.
• Contribute to continuous improvement within the Pricing Team.

Trouw Nutrition is looking for a Pricing Support Administrator to join our Pricing Team supporting both Ireland and Great Britain. This position is based in Ashbourne and is a 15-month fixed-term role to cover maternity leave.

In this role, you will support the delivery of accurate and timely pricing activities, work closely with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the smooth operation of our pricing processes.
