H2ecommerce in the United Kingdom is seeking a Pricing Specialist to join our expanding commercial team. You will use data, market insight, and pricing tools to maximise sales, margin, and conversion, taking ownership of pricing processes across product areas.

Based on site in Winsford, you will collaborate with Data, Development, and Marketing to shape pricing strategies, improve systems, and provide actionable insights that influence business performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' pricing, commercial, or data-focused experience.
• Strong understanding of pricing strategies, data interpretation, and market trend analysis.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with large data sets.
• Able to interpret data and turn it into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong communication and collaborative problem-solving abilities.
• Commercial awareness and a drive for continuous improvement.
• Desirable: pricing/data analytics qualifications (e.g., CIMA, CFA).
• Knowledge of SQL, BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), or Python for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain pricing rules and structures to support business goals.
• Review and optimise prices daily to stay competitive and profitable.
• Analyse competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Use data insights to recommend changes that drive sales, margin, and conversion.
• Manage the set-up of new products and ensure pricing is accurate from day one.
• Monitor product performance and support management in achieving KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine pricing tools, reports, and processes.
• Take ownership of improving pricing accuracy and automation.
• Support ongoing projects and share insights that influence business decisions.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, communication, and teamwork.
