Job Description:

We are partnering with an Insurance Intermediary seeking a Pricing & Panel Director.

You will lead, manage, and develop the Broker Pricing and Panel team to become best in class, using technology to gain a competitive edge and exceed commercial targets while delivering customer and conduct ambitions.

The Director of Pricing and Panel will develop and execute the commercial strategy for these functions, working closely with insurers and in-house underwriters. The role involves leading Pricing Development and Panel functions to deliver volume growth and improved competitiveness through enhanced capabilities, technology, and data enrichment, aiming for significant growth and EBITDA improvement.

The role includes developing strategies, plans, and processes to improve conduct and fair value outcomes in line with the company's risk appetite. They will also help develop the insurance strategy to achieve long-term growth.

Personal Characteristics

Technical Experience

• Experience working within FCA regulated environments
• Excellent knowledge of insurance regulation and its application to an insurance business
• Proven track record in complex financial and consumer modeling
• Extensive analytical experience in data-rich environments, familiar with tools like SAS
• Experience in customer lifetime value, CRM, and segmentation strategies
