We are partnering with an Insurance Intermediary who are seeking a Pricing & Panel Director.

You will lead, manage, and develop the Broker Pricing and Panel team to become best in class, leveraging technology to gain a competitive edge and exceed commercial targets while delivering on customer and conduct ambitions.

The Director of Pricing and Panel will develop and implement the commercial strategy for these functions, working closely with the panel of insurers and in-house underwriters. The role will oversee the Pricing Development and Panel functions to achieve volume growth and enhance competitiveness through improved capabilities, utilizing technology and data enrichment to drive significant growth and EBITDA.

The role involves developing strategies, plans, and processes to improve conduct and fair value outcomes in line with the overall business risk appetite. They will also lead the development of the insurance strategy to ensure long-term strategic growth.

Personal Characteristics

Technical Experience

• Experience working within FCA regulated environments
• Strong knowledge of insurance regulation and its application to an insurance business
• Proven track record in complex financial and consumer modeling
• Extensive analytical experience in data-rich environments, with familiarity with tools such as SAS
• Experience in customer lifetime value, customer relationship management, and segmentation strategies
