Job summary

Allianz UK seeks a Principal Pricing Analyst to lead price optimisation for Motor pricing across LV, Allianz Online, and Britannia Car. You will oversee ML-driven pricing strategies, partner with cross-functional teams, and mentor others while shaping Allianz's pricing strategy.

The role is hybrid in London, with a focus on improving pricing models, data pipelines, and delivering business impact for motor products.

Qualifications

• Experience in an insurance pricing role creating and using predictive models in a programming language such as WTW Emblem, WTW Radar, or Python.
• Proficiency in data pipeline and analysis tools, e.g. Databricks, SQL, PySpark, or equivalent.
• Capability to review and sign-off other team members’ data pipelines, models and analyses.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects bringing together technical experts across Pricing.
• Communicate results to stakeholders across the business.
• Provide training and mentoring to upskill colleagues in pricing and ML.
