Job summary

Wolseley Infrastructure in Chesterfield is seeking a Pricing and Margin Analyst to improve pricing control, protect margin and provide clear commercial insight for branches, external sales teams and leadership.

The role involves identifying pricing leakage, margin inconsistency and commercial opportunities across customers, frameworks, projects, regions and product categories, with governance and reporting to drive profitability.

As a Pricing and Margin Analyst based in Chesterfield you’ll be responsible for:

• Improving pricing control, protect margin and provide clear commercial insight that enables branches, external sales teams and leadership to make informed pricing decisions.


• Identifying pricing leakage, margin inconsistency and commercial opportunities across customers, frameworks, projects, branches, regions and product categories.


• Supporting the development of a disciplined pricing culture through governance, analysis, reporting and actionable recommendations that improve profitability and commercial performance..

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday

• Strong IT skills, Excel, Word, Outlook etc.


• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail


• Confidence to challenge where necessary


• Any previous experience in Pricing or Margin Management would be highly advantageous, but not essential.
