Goodman Masson are partnering with a leading General Insurer to hire a Pricing Data Scientist for the Personal Lines division. You will work across Household and Motor, building pricing models and applying ML techniques using Python.

The role also includes leading a small team of junior analysts as you drive automation and pricing analytics forward. Ideal candidates have solid experience in financial services insurance, a track record with pricing models, and a proactive, collaborative approach

Qualifications

• Experience as a Data Scientist in financial services/insurance pricing.
• Strong quantitative background in pricing models and analytics.
• Proven ability to lead or mentor junior analysts.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing models for Personal Lines (Household/M motor).
• Automate pricing analytics processes and deploy ML techniques.
• Lead a small team of junior analysts as the pricing function grows.
