ASOS is seeking an Assistant Pricing Manager to join the Global Pricing team. You will help shape pricing across our global markets, working with Tech, Trading and Retail to turn insights into price actions, and supporting automation initiatives.

Formación

• Previous experience of working in either a Pricing ,Merchandising or Analytics role.
• Experience of proposing and modelling price strategies, POS & Clearance, alongside evaluating the success of a number of pricing initiatives on various business KPIs.
• You are energetic and like working at fast pace, whilst having a passion for interpreting data to solve problems.
• High organisation skills, able to use initiative and to work in pressurised environment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, effectively and appropriately with colleagues, across all levels within the business.
• Keen attention to detail
• Able to use both Excel and Powerpoint applications to an intermediate / advanced level
• High numerical competency
• Flexible, self‑motivation and an enthusiastic team player

Responsabilidades

• Review base price architecture across global markets and suggest changes so prices stay consistent and competitive.
• Maintain price matching across the Branded portfolio to stay competitive.
• Work with third-party market intelligence tool and share findings with wider company.
• Learn how pricing decisions deliver ROI and help measure results.
• Help run the price change process from start to finish, collaborating with Tech teams on automation opportunities.
• Share analysis and recommendations from pricing initiatives with the wider Pricing team and stakeholders.
• Learn which pricing levers affect elasticity by territory and product type, and recommend dynamic pricing strategies.
• Create and send out consolidated weekly and monthly reports on price trading initiatives.
• Support team development by sharing knowledge and coaching Pricing Admins
