Job summary

ASOS.com is seeking an Assistant Pricing Manager to join our Global Pricing team. You’ll help shape how we price our full assortment across all Global Markets, using market intelligence and close collaboration with Tech, Trading and Retail to drive profitable price actions.

You’ll contribute to base price architecture, price matching, ROI measurement, and dynamic pricing strategies while working with cross-functional partners to deliver insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in pricing, merchandising or analytics roles.
• Experience in proposing and modelling price strategies and evaluating pricing initiatives on various KPIs.
• Energetic and able to work at a fast pace while interpreting data to solve problems.
• High organisation skills, initiative and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent verbal communication skills across business levels.
• Attention to detail; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint at intermediate/advanced level.

Responsibilities

• Review base price architecture across global markets and suggest changes for consistency and commercial impact.
• Maintain price matching across the Branded portfolio to stay competitive.
• Collaborate with market intelligence tools and share insights with the wider company.
• Help measure ROI and explain pricing results to stakeholders.
• Support price change execution and work with Tech to automate processes.
• Share analysis and recommendations with pricing team and stakeholders.
• Learn elasticity by territory and product type to inform dynamic pricing strategies.
• Assist in creating weekly and monthly price trading reports for the business.
• Develop and mentor Pricing Admins within the team.
