Job Description

Leonardo is seeking a Price Analyst to work in a highly collaborative environment, both internally across our sites and with our industrial partners. The role involves consolidating, interpreting, and analyzing costing data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual pricing principles to support financial reporting responsibilities and timelines. You will work closely within the integrated project team, providing expertise and assistance to our Work Package Leads in understanding cost drivers and driving efficiencies to increase affordability.

What You Will Do

1. Ensure all costs are allocated correctly to work packages and projects.
2. Reconcile forecasted and actual expenditures.
3. Consolidate data across multiple lines of business.
4. Produce trend analysis reports.
5. Monitor work progress by reviewing supporting materials such as Forward Loads and Material Plans.
6. Load estimating data into relevant systems, adhering to company standards.
7. Engage with external partners within the Cost Scrum.
8. Use dashboards to review and present data to internal stakeholders.
9. Report directly to the Portfolio Cost Lead.

What We Need From You

1. Strong Microsoft Excel skills (SUMIFS, VLOOKUPS, PIVOT TABLES).
2. Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a challenging mindset.
4. Proactive approach and ability to re-prioritize to meet deadlines.
5. Focus on high-quality output and support.
6. Understanding of QDC Reporting and AAR principles.

Desirable Skills

1. ERP System (SAP) experience.
2. Power BI dashboard experience.
3. Understanding of project management principles and lifecycle management.
4. Experience with change management and continuous improvement tools and techniques.
