Job summary

Hawk Hiring in Tonbridge is seeking a Service Technician for a luxury, high-performance dealership. You’ll earn a £39,500 guaranteed base with uncapped monthly bonuses, aiming at £50,000+ OTE, and enjoy a rare 1-in-9 Saturday rota.

You’ll work in climate-controlled bays with factory-grade diagnostics, supported by an employer-backed academy including EV certifications, and a strong benefits package with 33 days holiday, pension, and free secure parking.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds (or equivalent time-served workshop portfolio).
• Proven experience as a Service Technician or Mechanic inside a main dealer or structured independent specialist.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Core Repairs: Complex vehicle maintenance, brakes, suspension setups, and high-end component overhauls.
• Diagnostics: Trace & fix complex electrical and mechanical faults using advanced factory-level diagnostic systems.
• Servicing & eVHCs: High-standard routine servicing, safety inspections, and detailed Electronic Vehicle Health Checks.
