Job summary

Ignition Staffing is seeking a skilled vehicle technician for a prestige dealership near Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent. The role covers servicing, diagnostics, wheel work, remapping and occasional engine/gearbox rebuilds for high-end vehicles.

You should be Level 3 qualified, with a keen eye for detail, and able to work well in a team. MOT licence is preferred but not essential, and experience with VAG brands is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualified technician.
• MOT testing licence preferred but not essential.
• Experience with prestige performance vehicles.
• Experience with VAG brands preferred.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, repairs, wheel alignment, tyre fitting and wheel balancing.
• Diagnostics and coding.
• Performance enhancements and remapping.
• Occasional engine and gearbox rebuilds.
• Work to deadlines and advise the service team of delays.
• Communicate with the wider workshop team to maintain high standards.
