Job summary

Autoskills-Uk in Reading seeks an experienced Vehicle Technician to service, maintain and repair prestigious vehicles to exacting manufacturer standards. You will deliver first-time fixes, work with state-of-the-art diagnostics and contribute to an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability.
• Excellent mechanical and electrical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs.
• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults using the latest diagnostic equipment.
• Completing vehicle health checks and identifying additional work.
• Performing road tests where required.
• Maintaining accurate workshop documentation and job records.
• Working closely with the Service Team to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Keeping up to date with the latest vehicle technology and manufacturer training.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to manufacturer standards.
