You will perform routine servicing, complex mechanical repairs, and advanced fault-finding with a focus on quality workmanship. The role offers a strong salary (£40,000–£50,000), a 5-day week, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (or time-served equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
• Advanced diagnostic, auto-electrical, and mechanical fault-finding capabilities.
• Strong team communication skills, high attention to detail, and a commitment to 5-star standards.
• Full UK driving licence & own hand tools.

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 basic per annum (Top-tier market basic) + performance-based bonus scheme (discussed & finalized upon start)


• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Daily 7:45 AM team briefing) — STRICTLY NO WEEKENDS
