Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal and store sales targets monthly and annually.
• Follow Store Manager guidance to execute business strategies.
• Provide outstanding customer service with product knowledge and brand heritage.
• Cross-sell using all product ranges and promote client development.
• Collect client data via CRM and engage for future opportunities.
• Uphold Brand Selling Ceremony and Omni Channel approach.
• Maintain luxury store standards and product presentation.
• Handle inquiries, issues, and returns professionally.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a superior client experience.
