Job summary

Ulta Beauty in the United Kingdom is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in color cosmetics, skincare and fragrance while assisting guests to select prestige merchandise and delivering an exceptional, personalized shopping experience.

You will support the Sales Manager with service, in-store events, and brand education, staying informed on trends and product benefits to better serve guests and drive prestige sales performance.

Qualifications

Demonstrates a passion and significant competency for prestige product, guest service, and selling.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Maximize sales in the prestige category including color cosmetics, skincare and fragrance.
Engage guests to determine needs and assist in selection and purchase of prestige merchandise.
Provide exceptional guest service, greet guests, recommend products and inform them of promotions and services.
Conduct makeup applications, skincare analysis and product demonstrations to drive sales.
Book appointments and support in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience.
Maintain knowledge of trends, products and ingredients to advise guests.
