Job summary
Owen Daniels is seeking a Press Brake Operator to join the manufacturing team in Castle Donington. This permanent, hands-on role focuses on operating press brake machinery, reading engineering drawings, and following job instructions to produce precision components to high quality standards.
The role suits practical, production-focused individuals who value accuracy and consistency. Full training will be provided, with early finish on Fridays and opportunities for overtime in a busy production

Responsibilities
- Operate and sometimes set press brake machinery to produce components to the required specification.
- Read and follow engineering drawings, work cards and job instructions.
- Carry out basic quality checks throughout the production process.
- Ensure tooling and machinery are used correctly and kept in good working condition.
- Complete production and quality records accurately.
- Report any machine faults, defects or quality issues to the relevant team members.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment in line with 5S standards.

We are seeking a Press Brake Operator to join our client’s manufacturing team, supporting the production of precision components within a busy manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for operating press brake machinery, working from engineering drawings and job instructions to produce components to the required quality standards.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys practical, production-based work and takes pride in producing accurate, consistent results. Previous experience with press brakes and working from engineering drawings would be beneficial.

- Some experience setting press brake machinery would be beneficial
- Ability to read and understand basic engineering drawings and work instructions

- Full training and support will be provided to the successful candidate where required
