As a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect at Sapphire, you'll be the bridge between our cutting-edge solutions and clients. Work with teams to deliver impactful cyber guidance and secure solutions for both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design: Tailor solutions to client needs for maximum ROI
2. Customer Engagement: Lead technical discussions in client meetings, webinars, & events
3. Solution Presentation: Craft & deliver compelling proposals that win clients over
4. Account Development: Support Account Managers to identify cross-sell opportunities
5. Product Development: Collaborate with sales to discover product opportunities
6. Knowledge Sharing: Be a Subject Matter Expert in InfoSec; host training and webinars

Skills & Experience:

• UK-wide travel (full driving license required)
• Experience in information security for large organisations
• Deep knowledge of SIEM, XDR, firewalls, especially Microsoft Security
• CISSP, CISM, CISA or similar certifications
