Who are we looking for?

We seek a Platform Lead with solid experience in DevOps, working with multiple platforms in data-heavy products.

The role offers remote flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, architecture, and implementation of scalable cloud infrastructure and developer platform to support AI-driven products and large data workloads.
• Drive best practices in infrastructure automation, DevOps, MLOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and incident response.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams to understand infrastructure needs and solve platform challenges.
• Ensure platform security, compliance, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Manage platform reliability, uptime, observability, and incident response processes.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineers.
