Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineering Team Leader for Integrated Solutions. You will guide a multidisciplinary engineering group through the proposal phase for modular data centers, aligning architectural, civil, electrical and HVAC disciplines with customer needs.

You will read RFQs, interpret requirements, coordinate technical documentation, and support sales with technical guidance. International travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience.
• Excellent knowledge of data center design, architecture and systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication with multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent in English and able to interact with clients and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers during proposal phases for modular data centers and power rooms.
• Read RFQs and tender documents and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Coordinate and supervise preparation of technical documentation for Vertiv modular solutions.
• Provide technical assistance during sales activities and interface with customers.
• Travel internationally for meetings, seminars and trainings.
