Job summary

Wanstor Limited is seeking a Presales Consultant to bridge customer requirements with Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace solutions. You will collaborate with Account Managers and Delivery teams to design robust, scalable solutions that align to client business objectives.

You’ll lead discovery, deliver compelling technical demos, and produce proposals and SOWs that reflect business value while supporting bids and tenders across the full portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in presales or similar in MSP/IT services.
• Strong technical knowledge of managed IT services, with MS 365 focus.
• Experience designing solutions across MS 365, Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Entra ID and Intune.
• Solid understanding of security features including Conditional Access and Defender.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with client-facing delivery.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Proven ability to produce professional proposals and SOWs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Managers to understand customer requirements, objectives, and technical environments.
• Lead discovery sessions and technical workshops with prospective customers.
• Design tailored solutions across MS 365, Modern Workplace, and collaboration tech.
• Create high-quality proposals, SOWs, and technical documentation.
• Advise customers on MS 365 best practice for productivity, security.
• Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations and value sessions.
• Support bids with technically sound proposals.
• Work with Sales, Architecture and Delivery to ensure deliverability and scalability.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor through the sales lifecycle.
