Job summary

Searchability® is seeking an experienced Modern Workplace Principal Consultant for a fully remote UK-based role. You will lead customer engagements from discovery through to delivery, shaping technical solutions across Microsoft 365, Teams and SharePoint.

You will translate requirements into well-architected designs, produce proposals, scopes of work and estimates, and guide multiple engagements while mentoring teammates in Microsoft best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in SharePoint Online design, configuration and migration planning.
• Proficient in Power Apps, Power Automate, Teams and 365 tooling.
• Experience with SharePoint migrations using ShareGate or Microsoft tooling.
• Ability to craft technical solutions and write scopes of work, proposals and estimates.
• Excellent presentation and customer-facing communication skills.
• Knowledge of Purview, M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, Power BI, SPFx and Azure is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales, discovery workshops and requirements gathering.
• Translate business needs into well-architected Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Produce solution designs, scopes of work, proposals and tender responses.
• Oversee multiple engagements through delivery and mentor colleagues.
