Job summary

BSL IT is recruiting for a role focused on supporting our existing customer base to grow and develop in their digital journey. You will act as a trusted advisor, working with account managers to provide technically sound advice and support to clients.

Ideal candidates will have IT reseller/MSP experience, a technical mindset, and confidence engaging with customers at both technical and strategic levels. The position offers ongoing training, access to latest tech, and a collaborative team

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Reseller / MSP space or IT industry.
• Technical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on exposure to vendors such as Microsoft, HPE, Lenovo and Dell is beneficial.
• Confidence in engaging with customers at technical and strategic levels.
