Job summary

Kingswood School seeks an exceptional Deputy Head for September 2027 to join our senior leadership team. The role focuses on day-to-day leadership, organisation and continued development of the Prep School, ensuring an outstanding pupil experience.

Working closely with the Head, staff, pupils and families, you will contribute to the Foundation Leadership Team and shape the strategic direction of the Prep School within a nurturing, ambitious community.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day leadership and organisation of the Prep School
• Collaborate with the Head, staff, pupils and families to ensure smooth operations
• Contribute to the wider strategic direction of the Kingswood Foundation
• Be actively engaged in the daily life of the school and model strong leadership presence
